The Swallows Day Parade is a 100 percent community funded event. All funds come from our generous sponsors, donors, fundraisers and merchandise sales. The San Juan Capistrano Fiesta Association is made up solely of volunteers with no paid staff whatsoever. It is in our nature to volunteer, to support the community and provide the best entertaining events that we possibly can.
