2012 Swallows’ Day Parade Insurance Information for
Equestrian & Wagon or Carriage
Arrangements for Horses, Wagons,
Carriages and Stage Coaches are the sole responsibility of each parade
participant. You must
provide your own insurance coverage. If renting from
a carriage orwagon business check with them to see if they provide insurance
coverage.
Some homeowner’s insurance
companies offer one-day coverage.
All equestrian units must have insurance.
Your Proof of Insurance must be received no later
than March 12, 2012.
It is your responsibility to provide the Fiesta Association
with a certificate of your insurance policy with $1,000,000.00 (one million
dollars) coverage naming
the
San Juan Capistrano Fiesta Association, as “additional insured”
for Parade Day March 24, 2012.
